1ú Bealtaine – 15ú Bealtaine 2015 

‘Home and Place’ marks the debut exhibition of STUDIO 8 Kerry Contemporary. STUDIO 8 Kerry Contemporary is a contemporary artist collective based in Kerry. The group comprises of eight, all graduates from nationally accredited fine art degree courses. The group’s objective is to present and promote  contemporary art in the region.

The work presented in this exhibition ‘Home and Place’ is intended to address the perception of memory and the connection to people, place and culture. These ideas are expressed individually and in a collaborative piece.

The exhibition will be officially opened by renowned Irish artist John Coll at 7.30pm Friday 1st May, The Greenlane Gallery, Dingle.
